Did you answer Audrey Hepburn? If you did, you're right. Audrey was one of the world's greatest actresses too. What was her secret? It was being musical! You can see her secret displayed in her film Roman Holiday.  You can see her secret poise - rather discretely too - in the first moments of this film.  Watch how she loosens her slipper and retrieves it. Notice how unusual are her feet and toes (see the film link below).  Why her feet? These were Artistic brushes by the director to introduce his favorite and newly found stage actress Deva! Yes, Audrey Hepburn! She rose like a star like no other woman before. Sweet, and innocent. Desirous above all things to see and experience the world with fresh eyes!

Audrey Hepburn was filled with the Art of Being Musical.  What was he art?  It was ballet. Ballet and music are like sister arts that grow together. Each gives freely to the other, and most especially is this so for a woman. In ballet, she is the flower prancing and dancing before kings and queens. In film she is concealed by the scenery of the real world.

Audrey held life-long love of ballet which gave her a 'dancer's poise' and the love and praise of great eyes. It felt the same. Eyes looking at her every moment - like notes from a flute - they strike us and sound our inner senses into activity. Sympathetic and silent.

Audrey Hepburn reveals for a beautiful moral of life. Her acting is real. It is not fake. She is about the power of Art to spill over into everything she is in contact. It gave Audrey Hepburn so much energy, and poise comes from balancing energy, she captures our heart and love so much we almost burst inside as we grow excited as she builds with her lines more layers of emotional intensity. We become elated and want more! We see her dance In her eyes, In the swaying of her head, her long and slender elongations of body. Her 'air'. Her laughter. Her body visualized and her voice and eyes surprised. In every moment we see more art, like notes of a piano, that hover and pause in the air, and arch over to the next movement.  We are thrilled by her agility, and versatility. We feel youth.  We feel as a spring gushing forth. We splash as she splashes emotions all about her like flower petals from a basket.  Waves and sparkles! She is an Artist of the Art of Being Musical!

You can be the Art of Music too in my class on the Art of Being Musical Lessons and Session. Get the class and the lessons together (lessons are crafted to your design and goal).
