Let me take the words apart to show you the meaning. It is this: Rose + Cross (Kreutz in German).

Now the Rose is a symbol for something nice. It is a flower that is sturdy, and protects itself with thorns but if you think to stand away from it if you're afraid of the thorns she can still reach you and send you her beautiful fragrance. It is also said that she smells sweetest when the Lovers heart is awakened by a beloved. These are the mysteries of the Rose.

The Cross and the Rose

Now for the cross mysteries. The cross is symbolized as the death which all men must think about that are on the true path of knowledge.  Men that do not think cannot know of death. The human being has, at the center point of his being, the prevarication to move in the four quadrants of time and space.  His inner being is never quite certain of which direction each going inward. But this is the center of the world. Your world. By the planting of the seed of your heart in the center, it gives you the opportunity to choose your Way . Knowledge joins with experience and by thinking you see the best way for you and your future.

Now, How to water the seed in the heart? When thought, organized though your active ego,  joins presence with spiritual visions. These can be ancient and point to the past, or to the future of your life, and even beyond. Spiritual science grounds you in facing truth and reality. The real is multidimensional and not as filters as the normal senses. Thinking is the process of inner focus of the ego.  It uses inner light on the objects of the mind (both spiritual and physical) to achieve an objective in the physical and spiritual states of being.  One does not live only in the physical sense related world, one lives in a subjective soul based reality. The sense are in all men filters, the mind is a filter, and only thinking can restore the elements to their true states of being.  The language of the Soul is thoughts. The larger the capacity of words the larger is the ability to reflect, think, and communicate or understand.  Spirit is in the all the languages of the mind translated or directly understood, it is immediate in impression and recognition. 

All language contains both things unknown and known. A language is the reservoir of shared materials. We ponder and breath in not only air but thoughts. We breath out and our thoughts are carried by the breezes. When we think about the substances we breathe out, our senses reveal how they were related to the inner nature. Health and ill health are all recorded there. Air that is fowl is sensed as such. Thoughts work the same way when we express them  and send them forth in words. Can you change them?  If you sense your breath is foul, you can be moved to follow the breath to the source. As the source is the object you are seeking. This relates you directly to your body and to your soul. Adjustments are based on your ability to know and to act. Lacking knowledge, nothing more is possibly except to acquire the connecting link, which is formed by the study of knowledge.  In our opinion spiritual knowledge is the deepest and most rewarding of all knowledge. It is the top of the ladder.  Poets, artists, writers, and philosophers are at the top of the tree.  Any filtered knowledge is just a subset, as a dialect is of a larger language. 

By using knowledge correctly, and seeking it correctly leads to great success. Seekers spiritual knowledge, and spiritual science are able to create a pure and fragrant breath. It may take years of patient practice, but the results will eventually be there if one persists in faith towards the goal one is seeking. How? The body also has its own language register. It knows in advance. We may not perceive it until we see the results. Often the path needs to be illumined with the light os wisdom and the answer appears there in the previous dark space of the soul that is now illumined by the inner light of the ego. 

 A foolish man fights inside with invisible demons he cannot control. The putrefaction goes on inside, and is connected with his struggle with demons. Often it is like putting water on a fire. The fire smolders. 

The study of the inner being is a Secret Path of Wisdom and not even the GREATEST SCIENTIST can reveal reveal every secret.  Secrets are made to be discovered by the right person at the right moment.

When the soul is allowed to form itself as LOVE, and is Fertilized by the Thought filled invisible substances of Divine Spirits.

The Human Soul reveals itself as a Flower much like a rose in a garden. The Rosicrucian adept can see when the student has grown his flower of the soul.

The Soul and the Invisible Garden

The goal of the Chemical Wedding is to produce the invisible body. Just as the rose is sensed through light and fragrance, so the soul will be visible to the eyes of the Seers that are known as the Rosicrucian Adepts. Although the light of the heart is invisible, the presence and development of it is sensed by those on the higher and more subtle planes.

They work into all souls that do the Rose Cross meditation, for it makes visible to them the souls in the invisible Garden called the Lost Eden. Further instructions are given in the book the Secrets of the Lost Land of Eden.

The Eyes on the Higher Path
Everything looks very funny to seers who know, and no matter what proud thought prevails, the animal nature is still the only visibly completed form of man. 
The higher form of man is available only if he dreams about it.  For those unprepared it must be known ahead of time, this view will also cause pain. 
 
It is because of the pain of seeing the truth that one uses the spiritual scientific method present in all out courses at this school. The training prepares the soul in the correct way so that the view leads to higher development, and not the opposite, which is a morbid depression and eventual madness of the mind. The path is demanding.  Those who seek higher knowledge, wisdom, and enlightenment, can benefit greatly  from using our method of spiritual development. It will save the soul years of painful confusion. 
 
Our methods are in harmony with higher powers of nature that appear on ones path to guide mankind to next stages of human development. Meeting these beings requires you to know the language of these beings first.
