To do this in as loving a way as possible is the sacrifice demanded of us as modern students of the spirit, and through persistence we know we achieve the goal of our work when others respond to us with kindness, and with joy at the gifts we bring and share with all who seek Wisdom with us together.

Get the root of patience,
mix with a leaf of repentance,
put in the mortar of the heart,
pound it with the pestle of oneness,
After sieving it through the sieve of mercy,
you make a dough  and bake it in the fire of love,
mix a bit of affection honey,
and eat it little by little morning and night with the spoon of modesty.
