The drink of immortality is in a fairy tale.

055 Secrets of the Fairy Tales of Goethe and Novalis

Recorded February – July 2015.

Two fairy tales, answering both sides of one mystery.

The series reads Novalis’s Klingsohr’s Fairy Tale and Goethe’s The Green Snake and the Beautiful Lily in full, with commentary as it goes. Along the way: fable and the path of love of the muse and the artist, man as the art of nature, Perseus and the Medusa, the forming of the eye consciousness, and the secret story of the human children. It closes on endless love and feminine fertility, Goethe and Novalis in the trials of the present age, and the past and future karma of woman’s love and the poets.

The tales themselves are included alongside the lectures, with a biography of Novalis and one of his Spiritual Songs.

Take this before 056 — students say they build on one another.

A student wrote:

“The Time is at Hand”! The esoteric secrets of Goethe’s The Green Snake and Beautiful Lily and Novalis’s Klingsohr’s Fairy Tale have been hidden until now. These two fairy tales answer both sides of the same mystery. Only an esoteric spiritual school can reveal mysteries like these. If you have ever been interested in the secrets of the lotus flowers and your spiritual development you will find many of your answers here too. This would also be a great series for a couple to listen to.

Three weeks. Plenty of time for many listens.

The White Room. The access that never expires. One key, used once, and the room stays open — no renewal, no second charge, no end date. It is the one room here that isn’t a lecture, and the students who already began are in it.
