The greatest contributions of Rudolf Steiner to the world are his insights into Spiritual Science. The foundations of spiritual science are found in the work of Goethe. Rudolf Steiner worked for seven years in Wiemar in the 1890s at the Goethe archive, where he edited Goethe's scientific works. This is highly significant for Steiner saw in these works the key to an understanding of Light and physics.
