Dear Friends,

I just attended a VIP instruction class on Pineal Breathing techniques. The idea of the instructions is t awaken the pineal gland and so was very excited to learn the breathing technique.   Here is my experience, I hope you like it too.

The Class consisted of 4 three hour long sitting meditations with one hour break for food and rest,  in the evenings a quiet discussion, lasting for five days! I could immediately see the concern and dismay in everyone! No talking, just silence and the imagination of sitting up straight for that length of time seemed impossible to everyone including me!  Well, that is the eastern practice. I was the only one who made it to the end sitting up in each session, even surpassing two very fit military men.  Wow, I had no idea I had so much inner strength to draw from.  Before each meditation we were given imaginations to concentrate upon.

One prepared the imagination and concentrated on it, and regulated the breath in and out.  this practice allowed for an ever deeper cleanse of thoughts and strengthened one's inner guidance and person - and gradually came to 'I am that I am'.   Once you get in the flow of your inner energies, it takes you away.

As the world outside disappears, and one goes down and deep into great shafts of light. One also becomes synced with the morning darkness to light, then the light to the mid day - and then the shift to the setting of the sun and the arrival of night.

The movement of nature from morning to evening is wonderful, once you are able to tune to her,  you read and experience her breathing with your soul - that is the pineal gland awakening.  Yes, A Buddhas becomes a tree!

I encouraged all the other students to assist them, and keep working, until the experiences would all at once make sense to them.

My fellow mediators went from utter disappointment and despair, to the opposite and developed a deep connection to their inner awakening.   I discovered what were some important ingredients for the meditations.  I was able to instruct my friends so that they could come to their inner awakening.

One thing that was really clear in this meditation, and that is that the Rose Cross meditation and the Musical Meditations found in my Music-101 course have everything already in them to awaken the pineal gland. These meditations everyday - especially my musical breath meditation - are effective methods to awaken the pineal gland.   If you are interested in my private lessons in awakening your pineal gland, by all means write and we can set up a time to discuss it.
